PARTS WARRANTY:All printer parts and components are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase*, and there may be additional warrantees provided by the manufacturer. There are no returns on any parts after 30 days. There are no returns on any installed parts. All returns must be presented in original packaging & accompanied by original sales invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no return on physically damaged parts. *unless otherwise specified on the sales invoice ON-SITE SERVICE WARRANTY:All service is warranted for 30 days from date of service. Any service call that does not result in a correct diagnosis within 1 hour of technicians arrival is FREE. The Printer Guy, it's employees and representatives are not responsible for loss of data. DEPOT SERVICE WARRANTY:All service is warranted for 30 days from date of service. Any service performed that does not result in a correct diagnosis within 24 hours of being delivered for service will be FREE. TIME-BLOCK & SERVICE AGREEMENTS:Any service call that does not result in a correct diagnosis within 1 hour of technicians arrival is FREE. All service is warranted for 30 days from date of service. If technician fails to arrive within 4 hours of your initial call, or fails to arrive at a scheduled appointment without calling at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service call, the first hour of service is FREE.
